Tab Link Disappear After Clicking Any Of The Link | J2store Extension

I'm using the j2store extension and helix ultimate template. When checking on the MY PROFILE, there is 3 tab here namely the Orders, Downloads, and Address TAB. But when after clicking any of this, each tab link dissapear one by one after clicking it.

And after refreshing it and it goes back again to normal. Please see below the access details. thanks

Have you knocked the j2store provider already, please?

Actually the extension is not from us.

Hello the problem is not the j2store extension, the problem is the helix template. I have try to switch to PROTOSTAR TEMPLATE, joomla default template and its working fine.
