SP Page Builder Not Working Properly - URGENT

Hi, I've passed all this week delaying tasks from this client, and waiting for a solution provoqed by a component update. I have this open ticket waiting for a solution: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/36083

Everytime I have a problem, its not solved, or if it is, just parcial, and I always need to wait minimum one day to get a reply from team support. Regardind this last problem, I'm already waiting for more than one week to get the website working fine again.

Really hope today I will get all this issues solved, because otherwise in the future I need to question if this is sustainable. I'm paying anual subscriptions and installing components that I thought they were tested before a new version update is released. I know that is hard have everything working fine, but when its not and you get a ticket about issues related to this updates, clients cannot be waiting for weeks to solve this things, or getting replies has we are programmers experts or with actions that can compromise the entire project (without a solution if it happens for more one day).

My entire website depends on SP Page builder, so I cant be using it and need to appologize my clients everyday. I realise now that I can't get all my website full updated and need to take a buffer time to do it.

Its being hard and stressful this context. Waiting for support on this urgently
