В коде вашего сайта нет фонового видео. Надо сохраняться находясь на вкладке видеофона. У меня всё прекрасно работает. Причем изображение автоматом добавляется в атрибут poster.

Подскажите, какая версия sp page builder и joomla у Вас? В моем случае в параметрах фона отдельные вкладки для видео и картинки. Обе подгружены, но видна только картинка.
