It seems the Disqus for Comment cant load. Can someone from team please check? i use Helix Ultimate

Apology for the inconvenience. I have checked the Disqus settings on Helix Ultimate Template Options -> Blog. It is working fine on my end.

Please check the documentation and set it up correctly. You have to use your Disqus username on the settings.

Thank you, i realize now its because AdBlocker on my browser is ON. I think Disqus want to force user to disable the AdBlocker. Thanks.

Sorry, i just check again, its actually not because of adblocker addon. I assume you use chrome? Can you check with other browser? On my side, cant work on Firefox and Safari.

Accepted Answeri dont think its problem from my disqus account, because it works from chrome, doesnt work on my firefox.. at first i thought its because of adblock on my firefox, but when i disable it, issue still there, i tried to disable all other addons also still same issue.

Accepted AnswerOkay, I honestly think the issue is on your firefox browser. Is it updated? You can also check with a friends laptop if it works.

Accepted Answeryes i know the issue is on my firefox, i always use latest update. but it also doesnt work on my safari which i rarely use and doesnt have any addon installed.
