I am trying to customize email template. I am not able to set custom "FROM" name, only email address I want to get FROM: Contact Forms MYDOMAIN [email protected] I am getting: FROM: Server Name [email protected]
How to customize FROM (displayed name and email) ?

You have to just insert the email address on the From option.

FROM: My Name < [email protected] >
or
FROM: My Customized Name < [email protected] >
Currently it is not available in the Form Builder

Accepted AnswerTo be honest, I didn't expect such an answer, as the
"Contact form" has fields that webmaster can edit:
- Recipient Email,
- From Name,
- From Email
however teoreticaly advanced "Form builder" only as field
- From Email
unfurtunatelly "From Name" is missing, and using "email headers" will not change this.
I tought, you will share information, how to fix email template, or you will suggest that the new version of "Form builder" will have fix that issue.

Accepted AnswerAs you have already know that it shows the site name in the From Email option on user's inbox. I am not sure about the possiblity of adding the From Name option. It will be different for different form builder. However, I have forwarded your issue to the developer team. They will review it.
