Hi, today I have found the administrator/logs/deprecated.php file of 95MB size. The file continues to increase in size.

Which template are you using? What is your Global Configuration -> Server -> Error Reporting settings? Please check your issue on localhost too.

The template is shaper_medico. Same problem on localhost

Sorry, I do not get any exact date from the developers. Meanwhile, you can delete that file. Though, it will be created again. But it will save you space for now.
