MISSING SWITCHER LANGUAGE

I'm having a problem with the language change module. No flags appear only the title (in top 1). I've followed all the steps but I think I've missed something, but I can't find it. I think it must be due to the Helix Framework because on my previous site, which I did without Helix, I didn't have any problems.
Can you help me? Thanks in advance!

Accepted AnswerJoly, Joomla can also tell you what is wrong, click on Statut multilingue button (top bar). This time problem is with missing settings, not Template or Language module. You forgot about few steps from Joomla Guide ;p
