Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please confirm if you are seeing any errors under System → Maintenance → Database? If you do see an error related to SP Booking, please select it and click on Update Structure to resolve the issue.
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, please provide me with admin access to your site via the Hidden Content section so that I can investigate further. Before doing so, kindly ensure that a full backup of your site is taken.
