Bug Error Template In Home

Hi support, I have a bug error in the header of my shaper_gazette page, when I click on it, a 404 error appears. I was searching the forum and found this, which is similar, but not the same. I've noticed that it appears sometimes, not always, what could it be? thanks

I have checked your issue. It is coming from 2 type of modules: JoomMedia Images and JoomMedia Videos modules. It does not seem to come from our product. Please consult your component provider for support.

Hi. It looks like a syntax error in your custom JS code, which you inserted into Head.
