Hello, I have a strange issue with my website backend, I built my website by using (Helix Ultimate) Joomla 4, Initially, I built my website pages and all sections and everything working fine and the backend dashboard looking great, When I back to home, I opend the backend dashboard I found it looks without Css and looking uglly, no buttons just links, something like the website had been broken, I removed the website and tried to install it again with clearing caches, but unfortunately nothing changed, After that, When I back to offices, I found the backend is working fine and looking prety, I cleared the caches, still working fine, but same issue appeared again when I back to home.

Please, check the link (https://qudurat.mrwebiq.net/administrator/)

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access via hidden content area? This will enable me to thoroughly investigate the matter and provide you with a prompt resolution.

I appreciate your cooperation and will ensure to get back to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)

I have checked your site administrator area. But, No problem found. Please check the screenshots.

Please make sure your server doesn't cache using LiteSpeed Web Cache Manager

Problem can be caused also by old .htaccess file. Just make sure that you used htaccess.txt file as source from the latest version of Joomla. If you're not sure. Just rename file again. Then check site using different browser.

**Hello Paul Frankowski and Toufiq,

Thanks for explanation, Actually these files (.htaccess and htaccess.txt) are exist in the files of the website, Could you please to help me and to let me know what the new codes that should embed inside these files in order to avoid this issue??

I think, for now, I'm facing another problem with the frontend, I think it's not working because the SP page Builder V5 have been installed.

Please, can you help me by fixing all these issues? the deadline of the project is very soon and till now I'm trying to fix the issues without any real work.

As you know we are not Joomla Support. Those missing Admin Theme styles are not caused by our extensions nor template. As I said, check your site using different browser (!) , try also VPN using Opera browser.

If in work PC all works, it means that problem is on your side (home browser). There are topics on forum.joomla.org about that.

BTW

Check login screen using your smartphone, I am pretty sure it will be OK. If not, rename .htaccess file, and check again. And let me know.

Hello, I solved the issue of Back-end, it was because of browsers caching and website cache as well, About the front-end issue, I found this line of code in .htaccess (RewriteEngine on), when I changed to (RewriteEngine off), then after that the website worked normaly.

How to fix this issue? because this line in .htaccess file related to (http and https) redierct.

Thanks
