Form Builder Issue

Hello, I have a website (https://j4draft.fikra-iq.com/index.php/en), built by using Joomla 4.4.4, the template is (Shaper_helixultimate), with php version 8.2,
I built this form (https://j4draft.fikra-iq.com/index.php/en/quotation) using (Form Builder) in SP page builder (Version: 3.8.3), The form is appear but unfortunately not working, when sending the information via form, it's not deliver to the email.
The contact form not working as well, check this page (https://j4draft.fikra-iq.com/index.php/en/contact)
I tried too many things to fix these issues but nothing happen, please could you try to fix it.
