My website is using Joomla 5x and sp page builder 3x. i decided to update SPPB 5 and installed the latest version. after install the SPPB v5.4.4. i got the following error in front end.

"You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near '9,10,11,12,13,14) ORDER BYlftASC' at line 3"

How to fix it?

Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

To assist you more effectively, may I kindly request temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Before sharing the credentials, I strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure all data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

When i try to edit a text block in SP Page Builder Pro i get an empty screen.

Yes, I'm working on your issue. Regarding the text addon not working due to using of Joomla 5. You can check this in our documentation. As you are using Joomla 5, you have to use SP Page Builder 5.
