Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. You can use this CSS in your custom.css file

body.rtl .sp-megamenu-parent>li.sp-has-child>a:before, body.rtl .sp-megamenu-parent>li.sp-has-child>span:before{
  font-weight: 900 !important;
}

Hi,

easy Custom CSS fix is needed:

body.rtl .sp-megamenu-parent > li.sp-has-child > a::before, 
body.rtl .sp-megamenu-parent > li.sp-has-child > span::before {font-weight: bold;}

It's becuase used Font Awesome 6 is in Free version, and only bold icons works there.
