From my local PC using your license, the export and import functionality works perfectly. The issue seems to originate from your server configuration.

Please contact your server provider and check if modSecurity is enabled. If it is, consider temporarily disabling it to verify if it’s blocking the request.

To resolve the issue, please update the open_basedir setting in your PHP configuration to include the /tmp directory. The updated setting should look like this:

open_basedir = /ascentiabio.stronywww-lodz.pl:/tmp

This adjustment will allow the system to access temporary files required for the import process. After making the change, please restart the web server for the update to take effect.
