Not Able To Save Settings

I'm trying to get Helix Ultimate working at my site and it is giving me some struggle. Biggest problem at the moment is that when I hit the save button at the template settings, the save icon is showned and it is not going away. I already cleared my cache in Firefox. It also happens in Chrome. I use the latest Joomla (3.9.26) and latest framework version (1.1.2)
