Do I Need Easystore To Create A Popup?

Hi,

I am trying to create a SP Builder Popup with my website but every I try to import a layout I have the message "Something went wrong".

Do I need to have EasyStore installed to use the popups? Is it a requirement?

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for your issue. You don't need to install EasyStore for using Popups. You can follow this documentation below:

Hi Mehtaz,

thank you for your reply.

I follow the instructions described in the page you mentionned. I always the same message. I am not able to import a popup layout. Every time I click Import on a layout, the message "Something went wrong" is displayed.

Hi

Please keep a full site backup and reinstall SPPB. And then you have to activate it. To activate our product on your website, please follow these steps:

  • Go to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right).
  • Navigate to License & Update.
  • Input your email and license key.
  • Click Save and Close.

Then Clear your Joomla and Browser cache then check again.
