after updating to the latest version from versions 3,10,12, an error occurred, the website works, but the pages in the backend are not visible.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Tried to download a backup using Akeeba backup. But, It doesn't unzip. It says backup zip file is corrupted. Can you check & let me know.

Download this backup and install this backup on your staging server. If everything works fine then you can move it on your live server. Thanks
