SP Page Builder And AcyMailing 10.0.1

I have SPPB 5.50 but AcyMailing problems persist. Your Opt-in form now does not work when choosing AcyMailing (yes I have enterprise version of AcyMailing and it is installed and it has worked perfectly well till latest 10.0.1 version and problems with SPPB). Front end now shows: "Please make sure that AcyMailing is installed and activated."

Nothing was changed except that I now have AcyMailing 10.0.1 and SPPB 5.50.

Hi,

Sorry, indeed, we noticed that issue after v10.x installation. It will be fixed in 5.5.1. Temporarily please use AcyMailing module (screenshot), instead of our Opt-in addon. You can use it inside Module addon, and it will work.

Can we reviwe this. Just installed SPPB 5.5.1 and still smae error with ACYMailing "Please make sure that AcyMailing is installed and activated."

  1. Where you do see it? make screenshot and share link to image.
  2. Disable Opt-in form addon.

Anyway to update SPPB 3.8.10 with the ACYMailing new V10?

I have a ton of sites on SPPB 3.8.10 and not ready to upgrade to SPPB V5.

Sorry, but we don't plan SPPB 3.8 updates anymore. Those php changes are on your side.

Maybe use AcyMailing module instead of addon.
