All Sections have Disappeared

Hi Yesterday I did a lot of work on a one page website using the XION Layout with Helix Template. I am using SPPB for designing the one page.
Last night everything started to run slow, then on one of the final page loads every section in the page just disappeared. Would you have any idea what happened and how to recover what I did?
I have a backup available from my server backups, but I will lose all the entire day's work with the restore.
Can you help?

I have reviewed your pages and noticed that there are two: one is blank(Home (2), and the home(Home) page contains content. However, the associated menu is unpublished.
I have published your main page. Could you please check again? If this doesn't resolve the issue, kindly provide your page ID for further investigation.

Accepted AnswerSorry, I should have said, the issue is with the Home 2 page, I started with a duplicate of Home, unpulblished it and edited the Home 2 page. Home 2 Page has lost all it's sections.

There is no known issue where page content deletes itself automatically. It seems that the content may have been removed unintentionally, possibly by using the "Clear Page Content" option.
However, if you have a database backup from your server that contains the page content, you may be able to recover it from there.

Accepted AnswerHi, I have just witnessed the full content of a page be deleted again, and I know for sure the "Clear Page Content" wasn't clicked. I actually clicked save and the save button just started spinning but seemed to get stuck, it was spinning for at least 2 mins and didn't seem like it was going to save the page. So I closed the page thinking I would lose any work since my last save. Unfortunately everything disappeared.
This time was the Savor Template. Hopefully my server guys can restore yesterdays backup.

I have carefully reviewed your website and noticed that it does not fully meet the minimum requirements for SP Page Builder. You can find the full requirements here:
SP Page Builder Technical Requirements
Please adjust the following PHP settings:
- post_max_size: Increase to 128M or higher (currently 64M)
- max_input_time: Increase to 180 (currently 60)
- max_execution_time: Increase to 300 or higher (currently 30)
Although SP Page Builder successfully saves a large amount of content on your site, I noticed that the overall loading is quite slow, including the Joomla administrator page.
If you encounter issues while saving a specific page, please mention it, and I will be happy to assist you further.

Accepted AnswerHi I have just had another website delete all sections and content after trying to save changes. Again the save button just continued to spin until it seemed to time out.
This was a onepage website I developed in an online test environment on my server ok, which I then transferred to a live domain environment on the same server. The transfer worked fine and the live website was working good. I made sure the requirement listed above were also setup, so I am unsure why this has happened again. Could there be other requiremnts needed?
I have a backup on the test environment which I can restore, but I don't want to do this if it continues to delete my content with any future changes.
Have you any further ideas on what could be causing this?
