It never was inside SPPB package, as I remember music player addon was used only in those Templates:

• https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/rythm
• https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/strings

• In template Rythm there is Audio Advanced addon
• In template Strings there are Audio Advanced addon and Album addon.

Of course other template developers could also include their own Audio players addons. But here, I can help you only with JoomShaper products.

BTW

For Joomla there is premium module Rapi Music Player that can be called sort of "Audio Play List". So you can always find something useful.
