Form Builder No "Your Message has Been Sent" Notification

Hi The form builder is sending the message ok, (although not via Microsoft 365 smtp settings), but it doesn't give the visitor any notification the message has been sent.

Also, the form doesn't clear after hitting submit making the user think it hasn't been submitted.

Can this be fixed, or is there a way to use Convert forms in the same position and style as I have created with the form builder?

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

The issue was caused by a corrupted addon that couldn't be found: Screenshot.
I duplicated the page, removed the problematic addon, and everything worked fine: Screenshot.
please see the duplicated page in the hidden content section.

Please try the same process for your homepage, and it should resolve the problem.
