Hello

Thank you for your query. Can you please share your administrative access? Use the hidden mode to share the log in credentials. Also, could you kindly check if your mail server is set to SMTP? If yes, can you try setting it to PHP mail instead and see if it solves the problem.

I changed PHP version to 7.4 and it worked. But I need PHP 8.0.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We will bring compatibility of Form builder with PHP 8.0 soon. Till then, please use the lower version of PHP as you downgraded already.
