Form Builder No Success/Fail Message - No Email - Field Type Select Bugged?

Hello,

I setup a contact form with the form builder of sp pagebuilder but it doesn't work.

  • not receiving fail or success message
  • not receiving email
  • field type "select" seems to be bugged

Would be realy nice if you could help me.

Downgraded to PHP 7.4 but having the same issues as discribed in the first post regarding success/fail message and still no email send.
