Instagram Addon No Fields Visible For ID And Token

Hello Trying to set up an Instagram feed through the Addon. There are no visible fields for ID and Token. I have this info from Instagram but nowhere to add them.

I have made a tutorial on How to setup Instagram Gallery Addon. Please follow the steps in the tutorial. Make sure that you have checked the additional steps in the description too.

You guys need to stop referring people to that article - it is incomplete. It mentions nowhere the OAuth settings for URI that needs completed in the FB login section, and now there are additional errors - I am assuming due to permissions. Speaking of permissions, this article and documentation should confirm absolutely what app permissions need set or requested of Facebook.
