Hello. I would like some help. I want the top bar not to disappear when scrolling the page. It should remain fixed like the menu. Template investa

Hi,

This is not easy, and never was default feature. As you noticed Custom CSS changes are needed.

Basic CSS example, how it can be done

#sp-header {position: fixed; animation: none;top: 40px; }
#sp-header.header-sticky {position: fixed; z-index: 9999;top: 40px; animation: none;}
#sp-top-bar 
{position: fixed;top: 0px; height: 40px; display: block; width: 100%; left: 0px; z-index: 9991; }

In Helix documenation you can find info where to use Custom CSS. But probably you know it already.
