Language Not Working Pagebuilder 5.5.2

Hello,
When installing the Dutch language in Pagebuilder 5.5.2, it doesn't work. Language remains English?
Is it a bug, or do I need to do anything else?

Accepted AnswerSorry guys, it is not fixed in SP Page Builder 5.5.4. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the next release. I have asked the team to prioritize this for the next update.

again, thanks for your answer. I have done all the steps and I know how to configure Joomla :).
It just doesn't work. The Joomla backend is Dutch, but Pagebuilder is still English.
Yellow -> Dutch Red -> English
