Open Graph = / = Meta Tags

If you want to change OG content (that is used for Social Share mostly) fill those fields

About Meta Description - Joomla can take that content from 3 different areas: Global Configuration, Menu item settings, Page Settings.

Oh, so this is Article, not Page.

However it sounds, but for articles you need to install a separate extension for OG. This from SPPB will not work as you noticed so far. SPPB works only as integration for content area.
