Or you can use Modal addon, and put any content inside, also image or animated gif.

But I agree, that Popup is probably what you wanted since begining.

Hi, Paul! I see a different picture. Does it depend on the SPPB version?

If you have older version than 5.5.2, for example 5.4.x - Popup should be on the left side menu.

If you don't have it at all (anywhere), it means that you have SPPB version before Oct 2024 when we added that feature. And only update can add it. In a nutshell, that's it.
