coming soon. If this is enabled, can you then show your client pages that you are building so they can provide feedback.

Hi Taco,

No by using Coming Soon from Template Options. Disable that switcher.

You have to use different method, for example (#1):

  1. In Global Configuration > Turn On Offline mode. (Then user has to login to see site)
  2. Also in Global Configuration disable by now Indexing by Google.
  3. Then in SPPB settings > Disable Front-end editor - otherwise client may see edit icon in Pages and damage something trying to be smart.

Option #2

  1. Create a Dummy Home Page (with Intro Text + login module)
  2. Add to menu as default home page, but hide title from menu
  3. Your real Home page (new) should be 2nd Menu item (not default).
  4. Set all menu items visible (ACL) for registered users ONLY, except Dummy Home page.
  5. If you have modules on Bottom1..4 - also set Access to Registers, if you want to hide them from Guests and Google.
  6. Then create a basic Register User Account for your client.

Client will be able see your progress (whole site) without any edit buttons, and Google/Bing robots won't be able to index subpages. And Yes, also for that Disable Coming Soon mode.

I use 2nd method more othen.
