Image & Titles On Mobile Device

Hello,
I originally installed Eleva & then changed it to Luxevista. On a mobile device the main image at the top does not show. I have same issue with this template the titles which do not scale down to the device. your colleague provided some css I applied to one site and it did not work. tried it on this site again didn’t work.

its the same moible issue as per my other question which I am still waiting an update for the code you suggested didnt work I also tried it on this site. The image - a non issue i changed the layout

Accepted AnswerCould you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
