Hi guys,

We I'm in SPPB in the backend and I select 'mobile view', the image does not stretch which is great, but when I go to the iPhone, the images stretch vetrically to fit the whole image, which makes the image look bad.

Here's a link showing the issue ![https://imgur.com/a/luas6lj]

How can you stop this, to it doesn't strech the images.

The live site address is: ![https://www.countryacres.com.au/]

Thanks for any help in advance !

Cheers!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Hi Mike,

Problem seems to be from addon settings, there is 400px height value set for Mobile view, that casue that resize.

The reason the image is stretched on mobile is because a fixed height has been set here: For example: https://prnt.sc/4V7rfMOoVWMx

On mobile devices, this height is being enforced, which causes the image to stretch to match that value.

To fix this, you can either: • Remove the fixed height so the image scales naturally • Or set a responsive height using percentages or auto for mobile views

This will prevent the image from being distorted on smaller screens.

Thanks,

Slideshow

It's the exactly the same parameters that you have already set in the DEMO site when loaded. I haven't made any edits to this slider.
