Joomla is saying System - SP PageBuilder plugin and System - SP Page Builder Pro Updater plugin has a Potentially Serious Problem when I do pre-update check. Please advise

Apolozy for the inconvenience. This should not be an issue, and you can safely ignore the warning. However, it is always recommended to take a full site backup before proceeding with the upgrade to prevent any potential issues.

I tried on a joomla 4.4.12 test site and failed. Got Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from. The server returned a 500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong"

IGNORE that warining, you can upgrade Joomla. We informed about that many times on the forum.

As you can read in SPPB documenation:

  • SPPB 3.8.x will work only in Joomla 4.4
  • SPPB 5.5.x will work in both Joomla 4.4 and Joomla 5.x
