Issue With Logo Update & IP Blocked On Helix

Hi Joomshaper staff,

I installed the 'Template Setting' from JoomShaper, but encountered another issue when updating the logo in the backend. After uploading, I received an 'Error: undefined' message, and when accessing the front-end, my IP address was blocked.

Could you look into this? It might be related to the firewall settings.

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Admin tools extension occurred the problem. I had to disable the admin tools extension for the check. Please check & let me know.
