Bug After Migration To Joomla 5

Hello Dear Joomshaper Team,

we are a tennis sportclub in germany called TC71 Bremthal.

We built a Joomla Page (template: Helix Ultimate Framework) with your tool and after the update from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5, we have following problem: On certain pages we get a progress bar and the page remains in this situation.

Our old page is: tc71bremthal.de Our new page (migration Joomla5): j5.tc71bremthal.de

Do you have any idea, why the page is behaving like this.

My suggestion is...

Disable Preloader script from the site, to be honest Google & Users don't like that anymore, and in some cases it causes problems as you noticed. If you want to speed up site, there are better methods (extensions, gzip and .htaccess rules).

Template Options > Basic > Body (tab) > Preloader: Off ("grey") > Save & Close.
