Template is Broken

Hi, I have a problem with a particular template. Basically, from time to time the template goes haywire and is poorly displayed.
To solve the problem I have to go to System - clean cache and then delete com_templates.
After doing this the problem is solved but it recurs cyclically, how can I do to stop having this problem?
I ask if possible the procedure because I have the same problem on two other sites

Your problem was becuase someone or something deleted content of "templates/shaper-startup-biz/css/template.css" file (!)
Then change permission/atribute to that file from 644 to 444 using FTP tool, that may help by now.
Yes, I uploaded missing file content, and menu is OK again. But do what I wrote.

Yes, we have Startup Biz template for Joomla 4 / Joomla 5. So if you are reasonable person consider an upgrade in the next days or weeks. If not, we cannot be lifeguard every time.

If they are also Joomla 3.10 - hmm? I think you know already what I am trying to say.
Just check template css folder compare with used template package if all files have the same file size. If they are not empty "0", each .css file should have few or several kilobytes. In case of - just upload again, and change file permission (attribute) to 444.

Accepted AnswerIn general, it is worth remembering that a website is not a building, and unfortunately, but you should update the foundation at least every 3-6 months. And Yes, I know that site owner not always want to pay extra for upgrade and updates.
In generale, vale la pena ricordare che un sito web non è un edificio, e purtroppo, ma sulle fondamenta si dovrebbe aggiornare almeno ogni 3-6 mesi. E sì, so che il proprietario del sito non sempre vuole pagare un extra per l'aggiornamento e gli update.
