Probably You enabled Coming Soon mode that you don't need, Offline mode (from Global Configuration) is much more useful if you want to hide site from guests and bots.

Accepted AnswerHi Paul and thanks I tried to enable "Coming Soon" but I also disabled it. System--- Template ---- Site Template Styles ---- shaper_restora - Default ----- Template options ---- Basic ----Coming Soon. but right now it still shows as locked. I'll leave you the login information
