Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. I have checked EasyStore Collection on my localhost but could not produce the issue.
If you could kindly provide any additional information regarding the issue, it would greatly help me investigate and address it more efficiently. Please share your collection page link and administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.

Accepted AnswerThanks for your feedback. Yes, I have found the issue on my end too. Actually, we have removed the formatting for collection description. However, you have the option to override this on your template.
Please take a new description.php file in this location:
templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/layouts/com_easystore/collection/description.php
Then replace it with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace. In the attached file, I have modified the code so that text formatting is kept as you set in the settings.

I can't understand your work logic, do you give the opportunity in the back-end to be able to format the text as you like and then block it in the front-end? Now I find myself with yet another file that I will have to replace every time an update occurs in order to obtain what would be logical to have right away. You have so much potential but never waste an opportunity to make a bad impression...

Accepted AnswerApology for the misunderstanding. This fix will not be included in the next release. We have given an option so that you can customize the view. The file path does not exist because you have to create it first. When you create this file location, then the description will load from your overridden file and ignore the component file. If you are still unsure, then share your access in the hidden content. I will do this for you.

Accepted AnswerApology for the trouble you had. I have found the solution. Please change this too. Create a directory here:
templates/shaper_helixultimate/html/layouts/com_easystore/description.php
and unzip this description.php file.
If you apply both the changes, then it will work. I have also asked the team to fix it on the next release.
