7. ACL is disabled for user request purpose. Cause, User don't want to give permission to edit the property items other agents items.

SP Property has option agents. One of the agents can be property items and if another user edits or modify another agent item, That's why ACL disabled for the SP Property. I will ask our developer to add an alternative option to manage the property items, individual users. Thanks

If you assign your user with agents group then it will work. But, the agents has the maximum permission. Thanks
