Joomla Article Date And Time Language Overrides Not Working In Helix Ultimate

When the site uses Helix Ultimate in Joomla 5, the date and time format customization is not possible through the language overrides.
For example, editing the value of the constant
COM_CONTENT_CREATED_DATE_ON
does not have any effect in articles, which are showing the created date below the article header.

The site uses Educon 2 as a template. Com_content -> article has an override in the Override directory.
Can you tell where is the plugin that generates the info block of an article? Then I could check the plugin code on my own.
