My colleague pointed out a troubling issue when using certain blocks, and ending up with a blank page that can no longer be edited / used. I have created a short video, the link is down below. Please be advised that we have eliminated any 3rd party extensions or other issues. The following video uses a complete fresh Joomla 3.9.26 install with the only added item being the pagebuilder extension. You should be able to replicate the issue on any fresh Joomla installation.
