On upgrade to joomla 5.3.0 the downward pointing arrow in the rotating animation on the sites frontpage disappears.

When I test our template, after upgrading to Joomla 5.3.0, I didn't see this type of any issues.

Check the screenshot, Edit your home page with backend or front-end editor, then check the second sections icon addon, click on it, then you will see Link options in the right side, add link here.
