SP Page Builder 5 months ago

I have made a mistake this morning trying to update my website.

Since this afternoon my provider restored a backup from two days ago but i still don't have a website.

I have reinstalled version 3.8.9 but keep getting the following message.

Class 'JoomShaper\SPPageBuilder\DynamicContent\Services\CollectionsService' not found

Can you help me please.

Hi,

You have that error message becuase files from SPPB 5.x left. Your hosting provider or you just reinstalled files.

How to fix it?

  1. Delete those folders: administrator\components\com_sppagebuilder and components\com_sppagebuilder

  2. Recover them from the website backup.

  3. Update SPPB to 3.8.10 (you can download from our download section, at the bottom of list)

  4. Consider Joomla 3 > 4 upgrade in next weeks.
