No Access To "Page Layout " With Licence "Easy Store Agency"

I bought the License "Easy Store Agency". There, the access to all layout bundles is included. When I'm in SP Builder pro, I can't add any page layout, because it saids, I need the pro version. I configured EasyStore and PageBuilder with my email-Adress and the license key. I empty the cache and restarted the web server

Please make sure you have used the correct E-mail address which is associated with JoomShaper acount, and the correct license key. Then dont forget to clear Joomla cache.
