Can you direct me to where I can get the resources to complete Joomla update. The update fails as it prevents me from re-entering /administrator. These are the items listed:

System - SP PageBuilder Plugin System - SP Page Builder Pro Updater Plugin Search - SP Page Builder Plugin Smart Search - SP Page Builder Plugin Content - SP Page Builder Plugin SP Simple Portfolio - SP Page Builder Plugin SP Page Builder Module Content - SP Page Builder Load Modules Plugin

Earlier I renewed my subscription, downloaded the components and installed.

Quick tip:

If you updated those two components, you can ignore warnings and update Joomla. Relax.

Quick response - thankyou. The links provided me with no extra information. The only warnings I get are Joomshaper items. I have installed the latest downloads. I have PHP at 8.3. JCE is latest. I will retry. I agree with Paul Frankowski's comment.

Both components were built to work with J5 and J4. So nothing to worry about.

Please mark topic as solved. Thx

Further to above I have spent past 2 days trying to update from J v4.4.13 to J v5. Firstly I cannot get rid of this warning: https://imgur.com/a/XqEM7gY Second: Everything you see below is the latest version of SPPB but my backend is not happy and crashes the J5 update. https://imgur.com/fsoDV0G Would appreciate having you take a look at my admin area please.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Many thanks for checking in Ziaul. My dev site is in Siteground so I have automatic daily backups. I also have saved two backups. Admin as per hidden.

I’ve reviewed the issues you’re encountering. While some of the errors are related to third-party extensions like SP Page Builder plugins, the update problems you’re seeing persist even after disabling these plugins, and appear to originate from Joomla core files.

Also I again test by uninstall sp apge builder completely then try to update, same issues.

Given that these issues are not related to our products, I would recommend hiring a developer to assist in resolving them. Alternatively, you may choose to continue using your current Joomla version if upgrading is not critical at this time.

Thank you for your understanding.
