I have one site where I can not open the frontend editor because of no authorization. Message

On other sites I am able to enter a user login, but not here. Admintools are configurated like description, I want to use it with a non superuser.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have enabled "Shared Sessions" in your Joomla Global Configuration prnt.sc/SibXceqoYrG2. This feature allows the backend (Administrator) and frontend (Site) sessions to be shared. As a result, when you log in to the Joomla backend, you will automatically be logged into the frontend as well—eliminating the need to log in again to access the frontend editor.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

To access the SP Page Builder frontend editor, you must be logged into the frontend of your site. If Admin Tools is configured to prevent Super Users from logging into the frontend, this restriction will also block access to the frontend editor.

To resolve this, you have two options:

  • Reconfigure Admin Tools to allow Super Users to log into the frontend.
  • Create a new user account with appropriate permissions (not as a Super User) and use that account to access the frontend editor.

Please ensure the user has the correct Joomla and SP Page Builder permissions to edit content on the frontend.

hello, yes I know both. I tried with allow frontend login: no success.

So I want to use an administrator Account, but this does not work too. I am not able to login in frontend coming from backend.

No idea what I can do else.

Hello Atick,

well, it's solved and works now even if superuser frontend login is blocked by admintools. There is no login like on other sites.

What did you do? Would you please so kind to tell me whats the reason was and what you did?

Thank you very much,

Peter
