Or at least let me know which template you are using? Because, Footer is related to Template but not to SP Page Builder as you categorize the question.

In general it depends on the line-height value of the footer area.

So here is sample code you need to put into the custom CSS:

#sp-footer{
    line-height: 1.6;
}

You can change the value as per your need!

Note: Path towards custom CSS:
Extensions>Templates>Styles>
Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.
Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
