New SP Page Builder Pro Install -- All Attempts To Access Result In Error 500

Hello,

Problem: All attempts to access SP Page Builder Pro from menu under Joomla! Administration> Components > SP Pager Builder Pro menu result in Error 500 page being returned,

Example from everything php log is: 2025-07-13T02:24:48+00:00 CRITICAL 97.83.128.125 error Uncaught Throwable of type Error thrown with message "Class "JoomShaper\SPPageBuilder\DynamicContent\Models\Page" not found". Stack trace: #0 [ROOT]/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/editor/traits/AppConfig.php(51): SppagebuilderModelAppconfig->getPageList()

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled one time, with no change in result.
Please investigate and advise. Thanks

When I try to re-install sp page builder pro, I see issues is resolved. I have added a backup file in here.

Sorry, the issue is not resolved.

The installed SP Page Builder Pro give me the same error "Something went wrong! for every way I try to access it from the Joomla Home Dashboard.

Did you change anything? Did you reinstall sp page builder pro?

I have the backup file. What do you mean, "check it?"

Please fix the problem or give me the information I need to solve it.

I am near to giving up on this extension because it doesn't work and the support has been terrible..

The issue isn’t with our product directly. Please run the backup on your live site I shared with you — it includes the necessary fixes. I simply reinstalled SP Page Builder Pro, and the issue was resolved.
