Hello, I'm going to use the Spectrum template. I see it's Helix3, not Ultimate. It's going to be around for a while, so when Joomla 6 comes out, it'll be able to handle that too.

Thanks for your concern.

There is no official news about helix3 with Joomla 6. So we can not say it right now. But I personally recommend to use Helix Ultimate framework instead Helix3 as the Helix Ultimate is the latest one.
