Request Failed With Satatus Code 500

Hi, I'm having the same problem with several newly installed templates. When I try to enter my Joomla license to update and use Page Builder Pro, I get this error: Request Failed with Satatus code 500

Reading the forum, it recommended reinstalling the template, but I tried installing Investa twice, and then Moview, but the result remains the same. I get the same error.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Update the database structure by navigating to System > Maintenance > Database in your Joomla backend and clicking the “Update Structure” button if prompted prnt.sc/wbEs3rtFFiFa.
  2. Reinstall the latest version of SP Page Builder Pro by downloading it from the following link: SP Page Builder Pro - Latest Version

This should resolve the issue.
