Hi Support, 1 question: I have main category for example: Bussines, I have some subcategories: sub1, sub2 etc. In storefront I have filter with Categories. Why subcategories are not visible or there is no dropdown button? Direct links in hidden content

2 question: I need to sort categories but it doesn't work!!! In EasyStore>Categories I can drag categories but nothing happens... In StoreFront Filter in ordering settings is only Asc and Desc, and I suppose this setting is important.

I reported this categories issue well over a year ago.

  • Subcategories, whilst possible to create, are NOT supported in the category chooser

  • Category orderinf is NOT possible

*... yet 2 more bugs that need fixing in EasyStore!

Yes, it's definitely a major issue. That said, you can select subcategories using the standard Joomla core menu items.

So my workaround is to skip the category filter from EasyStore and instead create a category list using Joomla's core menu. The rest of the EasyStore filter (which i show below that list) still adapts to each page, so it remains somewhat usable that way.
